Returns

Each bag is carefully packaged and we make sure it is in perfect condition before sending.

We accept returns or exchange on goods within 5 days of receipt. Bags must be in original condition and must not have been altered or worn. 

Once we receive the bag, it will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new bag (for exchange) or refund. You will be notified by email.
